| 内容記述 | ダウン症の子どもをもつ母親が保健所の保健指導教室に参加するまでと、参加していく中での思い・とらえ方、行動の変化を明らかにすることにより、保健指導教室の役割と、有効な保健師の関わり方を考察した。保健指導教室に参加して1年以上経過している、3～5歳のダウン症の子どもをもつ母親5名に対して、半構成的面接を実施した。その結果、1.保健指導教室参加前の、母親の思い・行動は、ダウン症の疑い・診断の受けとめ方によって異なる。2.母親のダウン症の診断の受けとめ方は、保健指導教室への参加動機・参加時期に影響を与えている。3.児の健康状態の安定や、首すわりの時期と保健指導教室への参加時期が一致している。4.保健指導教室の初回参加場面は重要で、<感動とともに仲間の存在を意識する><児の成長発達の見通しを得る>が母親の共通体験として得られた。5.児の成長発達に伴う保健指導教室の役割を考察し、7つの役割が導かれた。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | "The purpose of this study was to clarify mother's perception and behavior regarding of children with Down syndrome and roll of health care class in community. The subjects were 5 mothers of children (3～5 years old) with Down syndrome. Semi-structured interview were conducted about the change of their perception and behavior through Down syndrome health care class participation in community. The following results were obtained: 1) Mother's perception and behavior before participation of Down syndrome health care class were different and influenced by accepting doubt or diagnosis of children with Down syndrome. 2) Mother's accepting of diagnosis of children with Down syndrome had influenced on the motive and time of participation. 3) The time of health care class participation agrees with children's stability of health and head control. 4) The first participation stage in health care class was important, and mother's common experience were obtained: ""To be conscious of peer's existence"", ""To obtain perspective on children's growth and development"". 5) We considered the contribution of health care class as children's growth and development go on, and found its seven functions." | |||||
